The room was spacious and pretty quiet, and it had its own bathroom 🚿. the location was great, not too far from downtown and the train station. Plus, it was right in the middle of everything.

This was a well priced 'basic' hotel relatively near to my family. The breakfast was superior and the staff very nice (and English speaking). It is on a bus line that easily takes you to the u1, which is a good way to get to any tourist sites.
The rooms are indeed small and basic. We were in two different rooms during our trip. The first was very small with a bed that was soft and difficult for my husband to feel comfortable on. The second room was larger with a good bed, making us much happier.

7am breakfast all days of the week, maybe due to it's location!
Hotel far from Central [U-Bahn then bus or 20 min walk from Tonndorf train station] but in right area for my morning meeting. Due to location I feel the cost should have been less for the basic standard of the room

Remarkable well managed hotel. Kind service and all good care.
Parking space a bit tricky as spaces need to be available in the street. Which in daytime may be busy due to people visiting the street for other purposes. Interior is a bit dated, still looks good though. The stairwell needs restructering. The single steps really are a danger to people.

The room at Hotel Rahlstedter Hof was cozy and comfortable, with bright decor and free Wi-Fi, perfect for catching up on my favorite shows on cable TV. The private bathroom had a refreshing shower and provided complimentary toiletries, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. As a guest who values convenience and modern amenities, I was delighted with the room's offerings.
Personally, I found the hairdryer provided in the room a bit underwhelming, but that's just my opinion. Others may still find it perfectly adequate for their needs.

The breakfast (included in the price) was outstanding... high quality and fresh.
The drapes are quite thin and did not block out street lights well. It made sleeping quite difficult.
